Stadiums

Stadiums such as the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park install our networking solutions because they simplify asset testing and monitoring for large sites. In particular, our networked emergency lighting solution EMIoT allows testing and result collection of more than 2000 fittings to be automated, saving a ton of time with getting access to the site and manually testing a large area.

Networking Emergency Lighting (EMIoT)

Large sites like the Sydney Showground stadium need to be tested every 6 months in compliance with AS/NZS 2293. Manual testing of these large sites is extremely time consuming and costly. Our networked emergency lighting range automatically generates test reports, making stadium testing easy to manage.

Plexus Gateway (Plexus)

The Plexus Gateway connects our Plexus indoor mesh network to the cloud. With our new Gateway G3, you can swap out the antenna for a long range antenna. This upgrade makes it easy to cover an entire stadium with just one Gateway.

Our networked solutions, such as the EMIoT system, offer hospitals a substantial reduction in manual labour for testing compliance. In facilities like Bankstown Hospital and Bloomfield Hospital, managing thousands of emergency lighting fittings would typically require extensive time and labour. However, our automated solution allows remote testing and reporting, saving countless hours and reducing disruptions to critical hospital functions.

Additionally, our Plexus Gateway’s long-range capabilities ensure reliable, full-site coverage, minimising the need for multiple gateways. This solution is not only cost-effective but also significantly enhances operational efficiency and ensures compliance with AS/NZS 2293 standards—making it an ideal choice for hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
