6-12 Pacific Street, Manly

All emergency and non-emergency lights were replaced in the car park, fire stairs, lobby and foyer of the 6 Pacific St complex in Manly. The previous lighting utilised energy inefficient and cost ineffective fluorescent light fixtures with no energy saving controls. WBS Technology replaced these lights and installed them with high quality, energy efficient LED lighting fixtures. In order to achieve greater electricity and maintenance savings, WBS also installed each lighting fixture with innovative Dim-Down Technology. This technology allows for lights to be dimmed down to 20% brightness when no movement is detected in the area.

The combination of LED fittings and dim-down sensors has culminated in an 83% customer saving.
