Lighting in car parks, fire stairs and other common areas in the building have high operational running costs due inefficient lighting that consumes more electricity and are “on” all the time.  We can reduce your electricity bill by up to 80% where you benefit from the superior technology and better lighting our products provide.

Combining our proprietary movement sensor, wireless communication and dimming technology with 2 or 4 foot LED emergency / non emergency batten lighting will slash your electricity consumption. The majority of our  lighting are eligible for IPART ESS or VEET Scheme.

We design and manufacture our own lighting to ensure it out performs the industry standard while meeting Australian regulations. Your current emergency lighting is likely to fail once, possibly twice during a five year period which can be costly.

However, under the protection of our emIoT Lease Program we monitor, maintain and undertake all repairs at zero cost during the 5 year leasing period.

Sensors dim the lights to 20% of full luminance when no movements detected. When people or vehicle movement is detected the sensors intelligently network together bringing the lights to 100% luminance around peripheral area of the person or vehicle. The lights will then automatically re-dim after a pre-set period
