Project Overview
The 3 Williams Parade complex in Dulwich Hill had emergency and non-emergency lighting replaced and installed with energy efficient LED lighting fixtures. This was done throughout the fire stairs and corridors of the entire building. The addition of WBS Dim-Down Technology resulted in $12,886 in electricity savings per year and contributed to an 84% overall customer saving.
